6 Month RESET Program

  • 2 one hour sessions each month for 6 months, which will include discussion of client’s progress, and recommendations

  • Email & Voxer (voice messaging) support between sessions

  • Motivation, guidance & encouragement for your success

  • Focus on Women’s Hormonal Wellness & Balance or a total Health Reboot tailored specifically to your health journey

 

A NEW YOU Program

  • The food, movement, mindset, and habits to up-level your health foundation

  • 3 one hour sessions with email and Voxer (voice messaging) support between sessions + an e-guide delivered after each session with information and tips targeted for where you are in your journey

  • Month 1 = we'll set the foundation, action steps, and details of your 3 months, plus create a routine of healthy habits, meal planning, go over suggested meals, & discuss light detoxing

  • Month 2 = Healthy schedule for the month plus the details on metabolism and how to burn fat, & actionable steps to work towards your goals

  • Month 3 = Healthy schedule plus learning how your adrenals and thyroid impact your health & actionable steps to work towards your goals

  • Also included: Recipe guide with 40 recipes (vegetarian and omnivore options), suggested meal plan, shopping list, & food diary


Health Support Session

  •  75 minute session

  • Circle of Life Evaluation - rate where you are in all the major areas of your life impacting your health and well-being

  • Health History Review

  • Collaboration with MD/ND and lab review to create customized plan

  • Setting goals for your health for 1, 3, and 6 months

  • Follow up email with resources


MEAL PLAN Session

  • 50 minute session

  • Custom meal plan based on your individual dietary needs and preferences

  • Learn tips and tricks for healthy eating success and strategies for selective eaters

  • Follow up email with resources

  • Limited to one session per individual every six months
